Will 18x8 with 38 mm offset fit

Some guys locally are selling a set of wheels..I was wondering if that will fit the evo without rubbing...I know stock offsets are 38 but that is with 17..These are 18s, so don't know if keeping the same offsets will push it inwards more or outwards more

They are volks gt-p..With 225/40/18 tires..I am really not fond of using spacers..If it doesn't fit, I would just rather buy the right offsets...

225s? Why go less than stock. Id Buy the right rim man, Subydude.com could hook you up with mean set of ROTAs for a good deal. and they will be the right offset.

I used the offset calculator b4, but what it doesn't take in consideration is the wider of the rims.
