Just wanted to let you know the great experience I recently had purchasing replacement front brake rotors for my evo 8 from Bob at Shakermotorsports.com (I believe he is a supporting vendor)

The price was $159 shipped for two front brake rotors. This compares to a list price of $498.40 plus tax for a pair of front O.E.M. rotors from the local Mitsubishi dealer in my area.

The rotors shipped to my house in the time frame that Bob promised (one week).

From what I could see the actual rotor design and dimensions are identical to that of a stock evo 8 rotor. Even the rotor vane design is identical to the stock piece. I measured the width and diameter with calipers and everything was "as stock".

I put them on the evo and they perform as I would expect of a new stock rotor; no fitment issues, no run-out issues, no nothing except a good "stock feeling, new rotor".

By now you can tell I am a picky customer and am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Bob at Shakermotorsports.com to anyone.

You can get them either of those three ways (blank, slotted or slotted and drilled). I got blank.

 

sounds like a really good deal.
