Rear Sway bar opinions

Having seen quite a number of hollow bars bend at the track, for my money, on a car that sees the track, solid is the way to go. Plus like I mentioned, if you are going to add weight to a car, what better place than at one of the lowest points.

Aren't most of the sway bars sold hollow?

How critical is an alignment after a rear sway bar install. I have the suspension techniques 25mm. The car handles great, but hasent been aligned yet....

A sway bar install should not necessitate an alignment at all since it won't have any effect on static geometry. Of course you may want to re-examine camber settings after the install since the car will roll less and may like a different camber angle to maximize the grip based on the change but its not "necessary"
