those rotors look really good. Did you get a chance to weigh them? you can always bed them in on that highway I was telling you about

It's a shame I didn't get the chance to weigh them. We were all a bit worried about direction adn all sorts and it looked like it was going to rain during the install so all forgot. Darm!!!

Home now, here are some pics of the rotation (see attached)

p.s. Derek888, that's my usual pad bedding-in area! There's nowhere else to do it in Bangkok. I just have to do it at 2am...

some rotors are friction directional. a lot of old school cars have rotors or shoes that work better in one direction than another. you never know so just do it the way the manufacturer tells you to.

interesting...very interesting. Why my question arose was because my bestfriend's Spec V w/ the brembo package's rotors have the veins going the other way.

i assure you the vanes always travel in the same direction, unless you're a reverse racing champion. but the slots may face a different direction and they do from manufacturer to manufacturer.

nice rotors, they work wonderful. And yes, the rotors are directional with reference to the slots. Congrats!
