Widest Tire i can put on stock mr rims

I was looking into the nitto nt01's and they either come in 245 or 275's and i was wondering if the 275s would fit.

275's won't fit on the stock rims. Widest you can go w/ stock rims is 255.

why would anyone want 275s on an evo?
1.) it doesn't look right
2.) unless your pushing huge hp, 245s should be more than enough rubber.

cuz more rubber means more grip. don't matter what it looks like... and there is never enough rubber.

better traction for braking...

Is it okay to run 245/45?

Is it okay to run 235/40?
