So should I cut my bumpstops or not? Why would it be a good idea or bad idea?

Cut them, its pretty simple, plus swift recommends it on their installation sheet that you get with the springs.

Another bump stop cut question.... The sheet that comes from SWIFT doesnt say ANYTHING about cutting the bump stops from the CT9A chassis, so that means we DONT have to cut our bumpstops.

My bad, I was referring to Evo 8's. Sorry for the confusion.

Ok, i'm looking even more dumb!

Anyways, if I can find the sheet that was included with my swift springs, it specifically says where to cut the bumpstop on an Evo...I'll try and scan it and post it up when I do find it.

LOL Im sorry I didnt mean to make you feel that way.

I threw my sheet out after I read it the other day. It was weird... it said Lancer Evolution 02 and then it had a different chassis code like CP something. Definately wasn't CT9A so I knew it wasn't for the US spec EVO's. Im out to go install my last corner right now!!
