Post How do I tighten the hand brake?

As the question states, how do I? right now, I have to pull it up all the way, literally to get it to engage on a hill. I have searched, but found only 2 posts, one only applied to a lancer, and the other was never answered. I've asked around, but have only heard heresay. I would like anyone who has performed the operation to post how they did it, preferably w/ pics or detailed description, as i'm fairly new to mechanics. Thx in advance!

You have to take off the rear Rotors and adjust it there...there will be a oval yellow/orange looking piece. Turning it out is to tighten.
