This also includes any GarageHRS/Ohlins suspension.
Interesting stuff....I would love to get suspension tuned by them but it will require many test and triail on track. Also, JDM Evo have AYC there so how will that affect their susp setup?

They do have special items made purely for the American market so specially tuned items, such as the HRS/Ohlins Coilovers, will be compatible with USDM Evo's

I'd say KW Variant 3's or the Ohlins. The 2 way adjustability of the KW's is fantastic, and makes it stand out from any other option under $3500. Like the Ohlins, great range of adjustability, supported spring rates, valving characteristics, build quality. I would get the Ohlins if 2 way adjustability was not something you wanted to mess with.

Get custom rates (either from us, or Robi, etc.) with either and you'll be very happy.

Standard, non-revalved JIC's are brutal. And there were quality issues back in the day, but i'm sure they're taken care of by now. BUT I will say that i've seen a couple tuners make them work fairly well. It's honestly surprising, and impressive. Still not my choice though.

the cyberEVO is based on the RS model hence no AYC. but regardless, im sure these guys know something that we don't

As much as i praise the guys at GarageHRS, if i was to get my suspension setup, i would probably have it Muellerized. For one, after sale and tech support is quite local (in CA), and perhaps a phone call away.
