What can I say. Super nice guy. VERY knowledgable. He wasnt trying to sell me anything, just gave me the info I was looking for. And although he did mention his KW setup is the ultimate cost effective set-up, he wasnt trying to convince me to ditch my idea of going with his basic setup.

Ive been racing cars for ~10 years. I can tell you one thing. I dont care if you buy the top of the line name brand parts to build your motor, suspension etc. It all matters who is building it and the ingrediants. For example, if grandma actually gave you her special recipe for her famous apple pie (ingrediants to the t) do you think your apple pie will be as good? No. So, in suspension terms, it doest matter if you have a ohlins shock or a KW for that matter. It matters who set up the valving etc. The R&D. Robi has done the R&D and seems to me really cares about his customers cars (otherwise he wouldnt be coming out to IL).

So, sign me up. I guess im #10.

You realize he changed his mind on the last page, right? Or has he changed his mind again?

Nice!

Ill wait to schedule my alignment until everyone that has major work being done picks times. Those people are a priority, and I wont be offended if I get passed over. I did back out a few months ago due to other issues. By the way, how much will said alignment cost if done?

To clarify, I have a set of used RobiSpec KW Variant 3s currently 6k (60-200*)/7k (70-170*), moving the 7k to the front and putting 8k in the rear. I purchased the 8k 170mm springs and they should be here in the next day or two. I've already installed a 25mm Progress rear sway bar and have Perrin rear adjustable endlinks sitting in a box ready to go on with the coilovers.

Robi, the items I purchased from you are as follows, Ground Control front camber plates, rear bumpsteer kit and rear trailing arm bushings. Along with the following services: install, corner weight and align. $500 deposit has been sent so far via PayPal with $560 due Friday.

Robi, I do believe I'm going to need a set of 8k springs from you, if you have them that is.

This is not a meet;

Please don't bring your crew. Unless they need service. This is a busy shop and we can't have people waiting all over the place. Call ahead if you live close by or if you come from far away you will have priority. Be patient with this guys. PM for prices.

"ballistic speed" thanks for the hi-jack. I hope you get a lot of new customers.
