How to seat brakes

OK all, before you all nail me for not searching I have searched on several phrases, including brake seating, and seating brakes. I cant seem to find anything via search engine on the web, or here.

Does anyone have a link that I can read up on, for the proper guidance for seating new brakes?

Any help is appreciated.

bedding, bed

Bed-in (what I use for my Satisfied pads):
10: 30mph to 10mph moderate braking then let cool for 15 mins
5: 50mph to 10mph hard braking then let cool for 30 mins
Full bed-in first ~1000 miles

Each pad manufacturer will have slightly different ways of doing it. Just look at what they recommend. Anything like mentioned above should work just fine for most pads out there.
