Camber plate and aligment question

Hard to get the camber perfect?! I could understand that if it was off by 0.1 deg, but off by 0.7 is rediculous! The car already has camber bolts, they're the two-position offset type.
Where are you located? Maybe someone in your area can direct you to an alignment place that actually gives a crap about the quality of their work.
