Advan RS 18x9 with 245/40/18 Rubbing???
Saw alot of threads on tire size about either 245/40 or 255/35
I went with 245 because i live near crappy roads and wanted the extra height.
I got em on today and they rub the inside fender liner. Any way to fix this without taking them off???
Tires are BFgoodrich KDW II 245/40/18
Rims are advan rs 18x9

I was bothered to hear this from another member as well. He was running 245's with Advan RS's and Swift springs. Sorry, I don't know anything to help ya besides rolling your fenders. What's the offset on yours, +29?
The guy I talked to said:

What springs are you running, and whats the offset on your advans? GTR face +29? I should have my swifts on with my 18x9 +29 RS's 245/40/18 brdgestone re-01R's on this weekend. Will post if they rub.

Sorry, saw "Soon Works Springs" but didnt know if sig was old maybe. That sucks, mine will probably rub then too. Must be from the offset, I know a few evos in town running 245/40/18's with no rubbing at all.
I'll post up what I find with my swifts installed, waiting to put those in before I put rims on. Then heading straight to alignment shop. Couple days hopefully.

It could be the overall diameter of the tire. I'm just not quite sure how it compares to other brands which were used by other members that didn't have this problem.
