I'm thinking about buying gold Advan RS 18"x9. and I own a 2005 Silver Evo 8.
Does anyone have pictures of these gold wheels or gold wheels in general? Btw, I have tried the "search" feature and found nothing.

Gold rims on a silver Evo, perhaps thee most grotesque color combination ever imagined.

 

This is photoshoped. I started a thread about a month ago. I was considering RGII's, but decided to go with gunmetal instead. Love the look and everybody agrees

I think a Black rim with a chrome lip looks hard on sliver.

 

Without a doubt. I'm honestly gonna keep the Enkei's. Guy I know just got his stock ones pained gold, looks ok I guess. Personally, i would much rather spend 1G on more performance!

 

Silver with the gold rims works well together.

 

I just had mine painted bronze. Will get some pics later tonight after it's clean.

 

I agree, Gold on Silver is not the best looking. But hey, aftermarket is better than stock anyday!

 

If I see an owner with that combination of gold, I will make sure he has additional gold to his collectiong (gold replacement teeth)

 

Says who? You EVO guys are blessed with extremely light forged Enkei and/or BBS wheels. I'll never understand why people insist on replacing them.
