Yeah me too, I hate rims that have spokes that stick out of the rim edge

OK, they're here. No picts yet, but I should have some tomorrow.

They have TONS of concave but the spokes stick outside of plane of the rim lip very slightly, maybe half an inch. It looks like much more when the wheels are unmounted and the tires are off ('cause my RS+Ms I had on my STi were about the same spoke wise) so we'll see how bad it is mounted. But there's definitely concave there These ones are +38s too so I wasn't really expecting much but it's there. It's really too bad they don't make a +29~25 offset on these wheels in the 18x9.5. That would be PERFECT.

They are VERY good looking rims. Came with two very very nice solid aluminum valve stems for each wheel. The center cap is also a nice solid aluminum piece with a solid aluminum center piece that's been brushed and then anodized black and finally had Enkei's logo milled into the center. Very nice detail.

Despite most people saying they are Hyper Black, they're actually Hyper Silver. They're not quite the "black chrome" look of Hyper Black, but they're darker than plain silver.

I think they will look really good on the Evo. I'm very excited to get them on!

This thread fails to deliver...

Until now!!

Sorry for the crappy picts, had to take them with my cell phone since I couldn't find my other camera.

Still, at least there's finally pictures in this thread, eh? I should have them mounted by early next week, soon as Les Schwab gets my T1Rs in.

Planning to run a 275/35R18 on there. Hoping it will fit!

I like those a lot. I wonder if in lower offset they would have a more concave face.

They have some 17" fitments with lower offsets that would probably be nice, but +38's the best you can get in 18 I almost considered 19x9.5 +22 for a second but 19" is a little too big for my taste.

they also have a 18x8 with a 30mm offset, would that work?

Yeah, that would be a good fitment. Probably won't gain too much in the way of concave, but would fit nice.

I'm doing my research on EVOs. I'm planning to buy one pretty soon (as soon as I finish moving) so I'm learning what are the proper sizing and offset for this car. Thanks.
