How about Volk CE28s, TE37s, or RE30s in flat or gloss black.
All three come in that size with proper offsets for evo fitment.
And they are very light (around 18lbs).
Only issue is their price.

Can you still get the TE37s in black? I am seriously debating some black TE37s size 18x9.5 in +22 offset. They would look clean and have a sick concavity to the face as well as be ultra light!

go the Time Attacks CE28N 18 X 9.5 with plus 34 offset. You'll likely need to roll the rear fender and probably put about 2-3 degrees of camber on the front wheels. They are about 2402.40 plus shipping, plus wheels that size may take a while to special order. I have been waiting for my set but in Bronze to arrive from Japan since April.
