If your looking for affordable rims I would maybe check out some Rota's or 5zigens or maybe some Enkeis. But the rims you listed most people have never even tried on an EVO.

If you NEED to have a different set of rims and still stay low priced, get a set of used BBS IX SE rims, you'll feel the lighter weight in the braking.

why do you want different wheels in the first place?
are those even available wide enough?

looks like the one vote for the Racing Hart was because Tenzo and Koenig are seen as "ricer" brands and Racing Hart makes some expensive wheels.

Mongo, what are your reasons for getting new wheels?
Is it strictly for appearance?
Or is it because they are cheap?
To many members, your choices seem very confusing.
Evo is a true rally car and deserves a proper set of wheels.
Personally, you should check wheels that are light weight, strong, and evo specific.
I really don't think any of the wheels you mentioned fit that bill.
Although they are a bit pricey, might I suggest Volk CE28s, TE37s, or RE30s in 17X9 +35offsets.
I believe they all come in evo specific size and many different colors.
They usually weigh around 17 or 18lbs and are very strong.
As others have suggested, how about getting used BBS wheels from for sale section and paint them any color you prefer.
BBS wheels from MR or SE are very light and strong.
