Re-installing stock Bilsteins

I am currently getting my Zeal-V6s rebuilt. I had to re-install my OEM struts.

I understand that the fat springs/struts go up front, skinny in rear. I did not mark from which side I removed them. Does it matter for re-install? If it does, what are the marks to look for for proper install?

Thanks (I searched).

I would say yes.I recalled when installing my new suspension that the shocks had some type of markings to refer to which side they go on.Maybe try to look at a OEM repair manual.Maybe try going on ebay and search for someone selling a OEM MR shock and spring and see if there are any markings on theirs or see how they are figuring which shock goes to which side.

I bought a set of barely used Bilsteins and they were not marked R & L. My car rides fine, I say it doesn't matter as long as you have the fronts and rears in the correct spot. Don't sweat it... you'll be good.
