Uneven Brake pad wear?? Or Normal
I know it been discussed a million times and I havent seen anyone's pics. My rear pass. side, outside brake pad took a crap on me and it was scraping so I swapped all my brakes out with hawk HPS, well after taking all of my pads out this is what i basically had pic 3 is the bad rear pad, and pic 1 and 2 are what the fronts look like, can anyone help me decide if this is the rotor or the caliper, Or maybe it is just what happens to evo brake pads...............so this is why i'm making this post with pics, Thanks for taking your time

Slides are worn out or not properly lubed so they are binding. If it was all outside wear and not much inside a similar problem is occuring. All inside and not much outside (or not as much in both cases) is caliper.
Rotors do not cause uneven pad wear unless there was something trapped between the hat and the rotor. and then you would have severe pulsation and many other issues.

Slides, AKA pins.... the two little silver guys you removed to get the pads out.
use some brake cleaner, a rag & clean them off. if there is gunk on them you can try a little steel wool
also clean the spring bridge that is held in by the pins. paying extra attention to the spots where it contacts the pad & pins
if you want, you can use a VERY small amount of anti seize on the pins, but make shure it is just a LIGHT coat & there is no excess that can get hot & make its way into the rotor/pads
