Hey Guys,
The first batch will be coming off the machine April Friday 25th. We will start shipping the week of the 28th. I will post up part number and price within 24hrs.
FYI, the first batch will all be +Caster, the Zero's will be coming shortly.

John - wow - I even called yesterday and the receptionist gal said that you were concentrating on Evo X stuff for now and this might come later!

I want them immediately as well. I just ordered a ton of whiteline bushings and need to take the LCA off anyway. Would be nice to do this all in one shot and then get it aligned. Please PM me John, I'll be a test case!

EVO PSRS INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Raise vehicle onto jack stands or use commercial vehicle hoist. NOTE: NEVER WORK ON A VEHICLE SOLELY SUPPORTED BY A JACK!
2) Starting on one side of the vehicle, loosen and remove 14mm bolt holding lower ball joint to steering knuckle. Cars with Aero package need to have brake duct diverter removed also.
3) Loosen and remove 17mm bolt and nut securing rear of control arm to sub frame. Remove (2) bolts holding endlink mount to arm.
4) Loosen and remove 17mm bolt securing front control arm bushing to sub frame and remove control arm from car. It helps to have one more person to hold the steering knuckle out of the way as it is removed.
5) With control arm removed, using factory Mitsubishi tool, or using proper sized die, press OEM bushing out of control arm.
6) Install PERRIN PSRS from bottom of control arm (So logo is readable from bottom) and make sure to line up the “axis” lines with the front control arm bushings. See picture below.
7) With a proper press, press PSRS into control arm making sure not to press on bearing part of PSRS.
8) Before installing arm back into car, some removing of material on control arm is needed. Using a die grind tool to remove the material as shown before.
9) Install SS bushings into PSRS making sure to put the shorter spacer on bottom and taller spacer on top. While holding spacers install control arm back into car.
10) Loosely install bolt through front control arm bushing, and then bolt through rear. Using a prybar will help to align arm with boltholes in sub frame.
11) Tighten both 17mm bolts to 81-ft-lbs, and tighten 14mm bolt securing steering knuckle to ball joint to 40ft-lbs.
12) Install and tighten endlink bracket bolts to 30ft-lbs each.
13) Repeat steps 2) through 12) on opposite side.
14) Double check tightness of all hardware and connections.

John - I assume there is a seperate pic for Step 8? 
Mine was waiting to go back in with whiteline roll center, so I'll install this when I get it. I can try and do a DIY, but machine shop may be where I get this one done coz it looks like it needs a HUGE dye to press the bushing back in....
