Swift vs. RaceComp. springs, who won?

RESULTS:
Swift springs win! Not what I thought would be the results! Not what I hoped
would be the results! As I liked the new ride height of the RaceComp's.
Factual Information:
Road Course: Thunderhill Raceway, Willows Ca. 3+miles 15 Turns. including:
1. Hi-speed corner, blind hill turn. 2- off camber turns, 180deg sweeper, back
to back turns entering main straight. Anyway, great road course.
Car: Evo ix MR, stock motor with test pipe and tune. 8.5" Enkei GC01 with
245's Bridgestone RE01's. Bushings included, precision steering, roll center
correction, rear lower triling arm, rear bumpsteeer, center diff. and front motor mount. Also rear 25mm adj. sway bar.PFC front 2-piece rotors and PFC 01 pads.
The ony differences between the two track days were:
1. Springs
2. Time of year.
3. HP( a bit more on the RaceComp's) WorksEvo Muffler
Anyway; Swifts 2:13 min., RaceComps 2:20 min.!!
The car understeered with the Racecomps, and would not take a Set in the off
camber turns. It did have less brake dive going into turn 10 and 14(long straights
to slow turns)
Anyway, the Swifts are going back on. The above info was verified by a
SCCA World Challange Driver, who drove the car both times! Al Becerra, #00
Dodge viper. I personally, think, the shocks don't have enought rebound
for the springs! But, you would have to ask Al about that. The car had a lot
more front body roll in the corner with the RaceComps. The Alignment was the same for both days. Max stock front camber and -1deg in rear. 0 toe front and
rear.
This info is not intended to say what is a better spring for the stock Bilsteins,
only what the observer performance was.

Very good info...guess I will keep my Swifts with RE01R's also...seem to work real well. Just one quick qustion what setting do you tend to run on your rear sway bar and did you notice an improvement with all the whiteline bushings (thinking about buying some)

All bushings help as they flex less. However, since the swift springs lower the car
alot, then the roll center correction kit is needed. The rear lower trailing arm
bushings are a must. The rear bumpsteer kit probably isn't necessary. My rear
bar is 25mm adj. and set on the middle setting(3 way bar). However, in the
end there is no substitute for coilovers with stiffer springs. My 05 Mr with
KW Varient 3s handled better(sold it to my race mechanic's gilr friend!)

Well I will be eventually going to Ohlins but I want to maximize what I have currently for a year or so. So I am hoping that those bushings will help a bit because I do notice a little roll. I also run my 25mm bar in the middle and it seems best for the dry...except rain there is a bit of oversteer if pushed to much in the Tarmac setting but nothing that cant be controlled. But you believe the roll center kit...basically the longer ball joints helps the best then?

7 seconds is huge! Almost too huge...

cc2 - Can you give us some feedback on the weather? Just curious about ambient temps and humidity (for the turbo). Headwinds?
