Falken Azenis RT-615 vs BFG KD
Hey guys,
I don't think this has been covered. I have tbeen running the Falkens in 255/40/17's for over a year now and like them a lot. However, the BFG's seem real nice as well. I want ultimate dry grip and performance with decent tire life. I don't need wet traction bc it never rains in socal but the car is my DD. Which tire do you think is better for ultimate cornering and grip? Thanks guys!

I have the bfg's and i am not impressed. they are not as grippy as the advans. They tend to scream a lot. Im going to the falcons on my next set. I believe the falcons are prefered for autox. but not exactly that great for tracking your car as they get hot so fast and become greasy...

If you have the $ spend the extra cash on the Bridgestone RE-01Rs...I have them in 245/40/17 on the stock wheel and have to say that they are fantastic. Today was my first experience with them in AutoX and I have to say that they were much more predictable than the stock Advans, and seemed to have almost as much grip. They also aren't as loud on the road

Yes, from my experience The KDs have a relatively hard compound, and soft sidewalls. The way I drive that = vaporized tires and dissatisfactory handling and performance.

You really think the Azenis "make advans look silly" Hmmm. I think allot of people will disagree with you on that.
