That's about it. The two bolts are 19mm and the torque spec is 80ft/Lbs. It might be good to have some safety wire at the ready. It comes in handy for tying up the caliper when the rotor is removed (unless you have three hands). If you don't have safety wire (any kind of wire), get a box or something of the appropriate height to support the caliper. Don't forget bedding. Proper bedding looks like this (when done).

Notice the rainbow coloration on the inside edge. This is what you want to see.

1. Safely Jack Up Car.
2. Remove Wheel
3. If you are replacing brake pads, go to the how-to section, there are great write-ups on that.
4. Lean your head over the caliper so you can see behind it. There are two bolts that hold it onto the mounting piece. Undo these bolts , and the caliper literally slides right off. DO NOT let the caliper hang by the brake line!!
pull off old rotor, put on new, push flush against hub. Put on caliper, put on some anti-sieze on the bolts, tighten to I think 76 ft-lbs? (check the sticky on torque settings) and you are done.
