my car is 06 ix, and no suspension mods and the problem is: when my steering wheel is all the way turned left/right and put the car in reverse the front tire touches the wheel weld or wheel arch? is it bad allignment

 

If the tires and wheels are stock sizing I think you may have more than an alignment issue.
