He's got uneven pad deposits on the front rotors. Go out and rebed the pads per the instructions that came with your BBK. If that doesn't work, then you'll have to take the rotors in and have them cut.

get some ds2500's and go through the bed in process. that will clean those rotors quick.

Normally I would agree, and I think those things need to be addressed asap. However they have nothing to do with the problem he described. If those were the issue, they would happen all the time. He said he is high speed braking, which typically means he is into the pedal pretty good. Thats when you will notice pad deposits, especially heating up the rotors like that without bedding pads properly.

The whole thing stems back to bedding, plain and simple. It really is surprising how often it does actually.

It's also worth noting that bent rims/alignment will also cause minor vibrations at high speeds (this goes back to wider stickier rubber/bigger wheels = better braking for obvious reasons) So if he's getting into the brakes hard and only feeling it through the wheel, i'd lean more towards that then the pad deposits, however it sounds more like a combo of both from the methods he has described using. Think of the pressure you put on the wheel/suspension/tires at speed, then combine an uneven wheel/crooked alignment with that, it's like the wheel would be going /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ down the road which is more noticeable at high speed - and you'd only notice it through the steering wheel.

Rotors seem to be warped, if ya got stock pads they tend to heat up the rotors alot, Hawk pads seem to do well with the heat dissapation..... Resurface ur rotors and see how the drive is..
