Anyone running OEM size Stoptech slotted rotors? "Warped rotor" issue

Do you have any suggestions as to how to correct the problem without the need to change the disc or pads? I am using Hawk HPS and did not feel any difference after trying to rebed when the vibration came about on the OEM pads. It seems that the Brembos apply high pressure and overheat the pads; however I had not seen this happen with any of my previous rides.
