pss9 is supposedly one of the most streetable coilovers with quality dampers.
you could also go with used MR Bilteins or bilstein HD replacement shocks and some of the more appropriately matched springs like GT Worx

TEIN are better than JIC in so many ways. Cut aways don't tell you anything. JIC comes out of the same factory that alot of other suspension makers use and the quality doesn't compare. I'm not partial to TEIN because I don't even run them, I've driven and installed their products. But they do make their own stuff in their factories and their higher end stuff is nice.

tein service>jic service
How often do you hear about people sending their damper to Tein to be rebuilt? Often enough to know it's possible and reasonable. How often do you hear about people sending their dampers to JIC to be rebuilt? I have yet to hear about it.

First Choice : BC Evo 8 Coilovers
Second Choise : GT Worx springs , w/ MR Bilteins or bilstein HD (which of these shocks are the best ?? )

3rd Choice : Pss10's

PSS10's are supposedly coming out around May, but I'd bet it will take longer. Just my guess. There is no official release date since the last time I talked to Bilstein.

If I were you, I'd completely reverse that order, whether it's PSS9 or 10.
If you can't afford it, do the strut/spring combo.

Reason being:
coilovers, no matter how adjustable, only really have a very small "sweet spot" for height, and a small range of damping settings that are ideal for the springs and rest of the setup. Except for the ability to corner weight (and maybe inner clearance if you're running very aggressive wheels and tires, which it doesn't sound like), they pose no advantage compared to a properly chosen strut/spring combo.
If you get the right springs and the right dampers, you'll be just as well off as a set of coilovers, but with less confusion and more simplicity/reliability/durability.
Since you even mentioned "which shock are best", you should not even be considering the BC. Although they are a damper that will "work just fine", "no problems", the quality of the dampers themselves just is not on par with Bilstein.

I totally agree with Uuri - if you can wait and money isn't an issue, get the pss10's. Otherwise get the HD's and springs from Andrew. He's mentioned that the HD's feel more aggressive than the MR's but I don't think anyone has thrown them on a dyno for comparison yet.

Oh and to answer your questions about the MR vs. HD Bilsteins
There is a thread specifically about the HD's, search and you shall find...

short answer, i like the HD's a little more, but they are close. HDs are a little more aggressive. the HD's are out for another 1.5 months, so if you find a set of MR's in good condition for cheap, go for it if you can't wait.

MRs you gotta find used in the private classifieds on here. New they are a ton of money from the dealership.

Bilstein HDs are out everywhere for a while.
