noob question about higher rear spring rate vs. rear sway bar and advice on rates

hmmm... maybe I should start with the roll center kit and see how things go this spring/summer with autoX and see if I still feel like I should make the switch to coilovers... originally I was going to wait until my Bilsteins die before I do it.... I dont plan on being highly competitive, but I also want to spend the money on a set that will last, even if they are in the $1500-2000 range... I will have to check more into the coilovers mentioned above ^^^ thanks guys for the feedback!
