So I'm torn between getting...
Either the Axis Super Hiro in an 18x8.5 black with red lip or the Gram Lights 57Maximum 18x8.5 black with red lip. What do you guys think? I know the axis I can get for cheaper but I know the gram lights are pretty light (I don't know the weight of the axis). Any insight or opinions are appreciated! Also, what do you guys think about tire size?

Sorry I was just talking about what I would do, and you can do whatever you want. I didn't mean to sound condescending/negative.
Honestly it really depends on what kind of driving you want to do and in turn according to that, what size tires you want to run that should determine wheel size.
The reason I said I though it was pointless is that .5" width is not much wider than stock, and does not provide much, if any advantage in that sense, like for the ability to run wider tires. Going to 18" offers even less of an advantage. You add weight, reduce your acceleration, and reduce sidewall, and add cost as well. All you gain is looks. If that is all you care about, 18" is fine, but 8.5" doesn't even look that good imo and if you are going to bother, 9"+ looks better. 245 and 9" is the minimum for me, except for my all season tires on the stock wheels for longer road trips and winter/snow.
