So I read the Swift web page and their design goals along with SmikeEvo's feedback makes me wonder ... any chance that we can convince Swift to make a set of adjustable front and rear swaybars for the Evo? Or would it be possible to modify the regular Swift bars to make them adjustable?

Ludi - I dont know about modifing the bars. I also am not sure that an adjustable is needed. The combo really is great. I found by adjusting tire pressures I could get some fine tuning. Other than that I think its perfect.

Having adjustable swaybars is going to be one of my requirements. I don't see how I wouldn't want them to be adjustable, given that I will run anything from the stock rubber to 265/35 street tires to 255/40 R-comps.

Sorry to bring this thread back from dead... just a couple of questions:

- Why do you use the swift gsr springs not the spec-R? would the spec-R yield a better handling car??

- What's your opinion on the whiteline bushing set??

- What do you think of your setup with R compound/slic tires??

No problem! This thread is all about information.

I have the Sports instead of the SpecRs based on the majority of driving I do. My car has 98k on the clock. I drive it daily, cross country, and on major trips. As well as, track and AX it. So for me the best fit was the Sports. Hypothetically, yes, the stiffer rates would work better for AXing or on R-comps. It would be interesting to meet up with another car on the SpecRs at an AX or set it up so we can AX together and switch drivers/cars to see the differences.

Roll-Control? Great product. Not totally needed for lowering on Swifts. But it will help.

Next season will tell. I am making the move to a deticated R-comp/slick. I think it will work famously. I will also be adding front camber either by my camber bolts or getting a higher camber bolt set.

These sways don't go by diameter for strength but by the material they are constructed from.

Smaller or near OE dia if I remember right. They come with their own new bushings to replace the OE bushings.

I've broken two sets of OE swaybar mounts... do these come with upgraded mounts? If not, wonder if I can use the Perrin mounts with this bar?

Talking about the bushings that go around the bar and to the car right? These come with upgraded mounts made just for the bars. I dont know about the Perrin mounts.
