you're fine with the ebay ones. theyre hub-centric wheel adapters.
you're better off with those since if you plan on putting stock wheels
back on you can just take those adapters off and run it stock again.
just make sure to order the 5x114.3 to 5x114.3 combo.

^ awesome spacers. Sell the studs to someone else and get ARP studs, IMHO . . .

I suggest the wheel adapters, like I said on my earlier post. Its easier to install.
You can even run these adapters with your stockers. It would line up nicely with the fenders.

I'm running some 10mm Ichiba spacers up front, they are hub centric and they come with longer studs to be installed into your hub, cost: $90 - 100. I went this route cause when I was at a track day last year, I saw some guy break his wheel spacer, the adapter style, so I was afraid. But when I was cruisin through the pits of Long Beach Grand Prix, the Super Lab Battle cars, and like half of them were running the Project Kics spacers, which are also adapter style. Seeing this, if I could do it over, I would buy the kics spacers, which i still might. You could also buy the hub centric rings that fit for the kics spacers, for an additional $30. the spacers are 120 I think.
Just make sure your wheels have 10 holes incase the studs poke through the spacer. STAY AWAY from ebay spacers(adapter style)!! The non adapter style should be fine, cause there is no real stress being applied to it (they're just sandwiched)

i dont want the spacers where you have to add the longer studs due to the fact that it would be permenant, so if i ever changed my wheels, there would be a problem. ive been looking all over for the kics (which is what i originally wanted), but cant find them anywhere, only places that have them have only 25 and 30mm. worse comes worse i can wait until someone gets the 10mm in, but i was just trying to see if anyone knew where i can get some.

10mm Kics adapters are not safe in my opinion. The spacers are held on by very few turns of the built in nuts. When you have a thin adapter with built-in studs, it's like having super short wheel studs. There's a reason that they are hard to find.

i just dont want permanent studs, but if thats the best thing to do, then i guess i have no choice. i looked at the ichiba spacers but people are saying the studs that come with them are not good and to get the arp ones. i can get a custom spacer from wheeladapter.com but then i need to measure what the bore size is for my volk time attack wheels, anyone know the size?

losing grip!

Hi all.. something to share & check with.. i've just installed 15mm kics spacers with built in studs only to the rear wheels.. everything's fine & looks great now.. only problem now is when i take a hard corner, it's feels like the car tend to lose grip more easily & starts to slide!!

Does adding in spacers to the rear without adding similar size to the front cause this losing grip effect?? Thks in advance!

A couple things. If you are only adding 10mm of spacer, you might want to consider the Racing Brake studs that are 14mm longer than stock rather than the ARPs that are much longer. I have the RBs and am happy with the way they have been holding up. They are definitely superior in quality to the studs that H&R supplies with their spacers (which I've used in the past).

As far as the bore size of your wheels, you might want to think twice whether you want wheel spacers that only work with the bore size of your wheels. I always get them in the standard Mitsu 67.1mm bore size and just use a hubring so that I can use the spacers with any wheels. If your Volks are 73mm bore for example, and you get the wheel spacers made with that size lip, then you won't be able to use the spacers with wheels that have a smaller bore. That will also hurt your resale on them later if you decide to sell them.

where is the best place to get the RB studs? i agree with the bore size, i think i will just do what you said as my wheels did come with hub rings. as for the spacers, what do you think about getting them from wheeladapter.com?
