Pic Request: 245/45/17 Dunlop Z1's on stock wheel
I'm about one click away from ordering some Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. I've been juggling these two sizes. 245/45 and 255/40. I know Z1's run wide after my weeks of searching, and I know most of the info, but I haven't seen any PICTURES! I know the 245/45's are taller then stock, I just wanted a good picture of this specific set-up before I click the SUBMIT button.
Performance is the most important thing, but if the tires look goofy, that's not a good thing.
Thanks

Thanks, Evo2wIsh4. I did a quick search in "Show 'n' Shine" section and found some results. I went ahead with the 245/45R17's.
I was trying to decied between the Z1's and RT-615's. I have RT-615's on my turbo Mirage and I love them. After searching, I've seen posts from people who have used both Z1's and RT-615's and Z1's usually seem to prevail.
If I were to buy the RT-615's, I would have bought 255/40R17, but since I found in my search that the Z1's run exceptionally wide, I decided on 245/45R17 Z1's. I hope these things get here soon! By Friday, hopefully! Being able to mount and balance my own tires at work myself is a BIG plus

Awesome! I just ordered them tonight. They look a little taller on Smikeevo's car, but nothing that's not barable. I'm pretty pumped up about getting these tires! Especially working at a car dealer and having the ability to mount, balance and align it myself for free

No problem man. I was actually gonna run down to the garage and snap a pic tonite, but I cant find the memory card for the camera, lol. I will go buy one tommorow and take some pics. Smike's look very similar to mine, although my car seems to have less fender gap in the rear (could just be the angle/way car was sitting in the pics).
