Suspension/Mount Changes for AX,RR, & Drag Evo VIII
I'll be upgrading my '03's front diff to LSD and having TRE upgrade the rear diff. I want to install the roll center kit. I'll be running just under 400hp and doing smaller-layout autocross, twice a year drags, and starting road racing on Midwest (Illinois-area) road courses starting with good instruction.
So, the question.
I'm going to live with stock struts, stock brakes (ss lines, of course), Progress rear sway, and Eibach Pro Kit springs for now with 65,000 miles on the odo. But, while I have all that off the car and it up in the air I'm wondering about what other mounts and bushings I should REALLY take a look at.
Front motor mount seems a must. She's NOT a daily driver, but she doesn't need to be any harsher than she is already. Where's the bang for the buck?
all motor mounts
trans mounts
full suspension bushing set
or, since this won't be "professionally driven", are the tradeoffs in comfort, etc. worth it? Also, which elements of the above should be replaced just as maintenance considering increasing mileage on the car?
Thanks for any and all input!

Take a look into this kit. - the sway bar for the rear. And a front motor mount i think you should be set.
As well this might help out some on the road racing end of it.

With the TRE upgraded 1.5 rear diff I expect the car to rotate much better as is.
The "steering precision" kit is interesting. God knows the stock steering's not numb. Uneven surfaces even try to wrestle the wheel out of my hands now. *Laugh*
Thanks for the input. I'll consider adding those to the list.

The only bushing you didn't mention that has to be replaced is the rear trailing arm bushing body side, its not a solid bushing from the factory and is easy to break.
The rest of the bushings and mounts will no doubt increase precision, but the gains are small and come at a price in comfort and noise.
Some things like diff and motor mounts become more important as the hp goes up.
