I need rotors, are Rotorpros the way to go?

I am thinking my car is is need of new front rotors. When I brake, the steering wheel shakes like hell. I bought the car used, and she is showing 82*** on the ody. The previous owner had crossdrilled and slotted rotors on the front and back, but put the oem rotors back on the front after destroying the aftermarket one. The oem ones, seemed to be quite warped. I am kinda on a budget, and I seem to see alot of positive feedback on rotorpro rotors. If they dont warp easy, are inexpensive, and can stand up to hawk pads for a while, I think we have a winner. What are your recommendations?

I've had mine for a few hundred miles. No problems so far. People here on EvoM have gone to the track with Rotorpros rotors and have had no problems with warping. Best deal for single piece rotors. I paid $250 shipped for a new set of front and rear slotted and zinc plated rotors.

Cant go wrong Rotorpros 100%

It looks like the only people who don't like rotorpros are the people who haven't tried them. I have 30K miles on mine including autorcrosses and trackdays and are holding up like a champ. No warping or exessive wear.

I'm on my second set of front rotors from rotor pros. As good, if not better than the OEM rotors. Highly recommended.

How didyou guys break in the rotors. I bought these rotors from rotorpros and performance friction pads and would like to know how to break them in properly. I also have motul fluid to change out and SS brake line too. Thanks for your input.

I find an empty stretch of road and do 3 or 4 60-20mph hard stops (just shy of triggering ABS) in a row (until I can smell the pads usually) to break in a new set of pads and/or rotors.

the zinc coating does not work....Your brakes will suck until the zine has worn out. After break in you couldnt even see the zinc anymore...Dont pay extra for it.

Agree with Jeff - track the hell out of mine - work great.

Slotted, not coated.

Great quality, mines are holding fine after some serious track beating.
