It will fit in the front and rear with some negative camber. The rear will need rolling, a slight pull, and camber depending on what size tire you plan to run. It definitely can be done on stock fenders.
Here is my car with on 9.5"wide wheels +12 in the front, and +27 in the rear on 255's. Camber is -3F and -1.7R

Offset is offset. Doesn't matter if its Enkei/Volk/ROTA LOL. The "lower" the offset on a wide rim (9.5 in this case) the farther it sticks out. In order to fit +12's on a 9.5" rim you will need to pull/roll fenders but it is possible with a semi "small" tire for that wheel (255). An Azeni for example is generally wider than other tyres in the same size category so you may want to do some research on what tires size you want to go with as well.

I don't understand why so many people ask about wheel fitment without thinking about tire size.
Figure out your tire size and type FIRST, then choose wheels accordingly, not the other way around. choosing tire size based on wheel size is backwards and doesn't make any sense.
It's also next to impossible to help you with any certainty if you don't mention this. With all but the most retardedly stretched tires, it's the tire that's going to hit the fender, not your wheel. In addition, what fits with a 245 might rub with a 265, so how are we supopsed to help you?
BTW, there IS a variable to consider between wheels of the same offset, and that is brake caliper clearance on the back of the spoke. In terms of fender clearance with the same size and offset wheel with the same size tire, then yes, offset is offset. Just keep in mind that different wheels with the same offset can have vastly different brake caliper clearance.
Azenis are NOT very wide for their given width. In fact they are a bit narrow. My 245 Z1s seem almost as wide as my 255 Azenis on the same wheel, if not just as wide. The same is true to the AD07.
