Warped rotors, is it ever worth milling them flat?
I can get new rotors on all 4 corners for $150. That is pretty cheap for the size of these rotors. Do you think its even worth seeing if a shop can mill them flat again for me? When I brake, there is a very strong vibration, and you can feel it "wobbling". They are absolutely not straight.

www.brakeplanet.com has that price, on OEM replacements. Lifetime warranty against warping and cracking too!

My suggestion is to run a bed-in on them and see what happens. If they don't improve from that then just go for good new ones.
A good bedding process can be found on the stoptech site.

While the wording "warped" may be incorrect, my car shakes like a washing mashine when we brake. I have tried several bed-in sessions, and it still does it. Myth or not, my car shakes badly on braking, and I need it fixed.

I had a similar vibration coming from the front end of my car a few months back. After turning the rotors, rebedding pads, and taking the car to 3 different shops, it turns out I had a bad tire. It was heat damaged, causing the vibration. A new set of tires totally fixed all of the vibration.

really
I believe you when you say that the car shakes under braking but I don't see why you think "Carroll Smith" is trying to sell anything in that article. Talk to some of the track guys on the forum and see how often their cars shakes and what they do about it.

They may be a company selling a product, but take what they present there at face value. Their marketing in this is only the facts, and they have no need to make things up.

u can visually see if a rotor is warped how the hell can u say they dont exist???
just like a cylinder head can warp even an intake mani can warp.
it happens when u apply alot of heat to metal objects. simple metal characteristics.
