Best Pads For My Car...(Searched)

Hi Guys/Gals,

I Need New Pads...Now I'm Running On ENDLESS Stock replacment pads and they are noisy as hell And they make alot of dust...but they bite like there is no 2morow...

So I've searched around and read most of the threads regarding pads...And i've norrowed it to Three choices :

1- Ferodo DS-2500.
2- Hawk HPS.
3- Project Mu B-Force (cheapest)

Goal of the car is a weekend car (drag) and maybe some track time (once or twice every 6 months).

oh and we are talking about FRONT Pads...Rears Are Ok...

Thanks,

A

If you are tracking you need a set of track only pads. On the track you see temps that are too high for street pads.

Track pads: Hawk HT 10 and 14, DTC 60 and 70s, Performance Friction PF01 and PF97, Porterfield R-4.

Street pads: DS2500s, Satisfied GS5s, Porterfield R-4S, PF0's, Axxis ULT, Giro Magics

I was not happy with the HPSs performance. I would not get them ever again for the Evo.

The DS2500s are better pads, but are known to make noise.

Right now I am running the Satisfied GS5 pads. This is my 3rd time with their product. I have run the GS6s also (little less bite and temp range). I would recommend either. The GS5s have bite like the DS2500s and a slightly lower MOT (850F to the DSs 1000F). But great pad, no noise.

Thanks guys,

i don't want track pads...i need street pads....my endless were way overkill for street...

They've ****ed up my rotors...eat the hell out of them....Any way i'll go with the 2500's

Thanks,

Ali

P.s my set is Stock brembo caliper + ENDLESS SS Lines + Stock Brembo Rotor And Endless Pads (noisey-dusty) but they bite like there is no 2morow all this on a IX

Also what is the best (cheapest) place to order pads...?

Ferodo DS2500's will squeak a bit and they dust as much or worse than the stock pads on an X. But they brake pretty well
