question about lowering

I'm not big on suspension but I know that I want quality and height adjustable. My question is, when lowering the car, doesn't the camber get bad. I wanna lower my car but same time, I want even tire wear.

On my previous ride, when I lowered it with tein suspension, the camber got bad and tires worn down uneven. I had to get camber adjustment stuff to fix that.

I wanna get coilovers but is there anything else i'll need to keep the tire wear even?

If your looking for coilovers find a set with camber plates . you would be able to adjust the camber settings as you would like them to be

Sort of...

I don't think Evo's get all that much extra camber from lowering. Most people put camber plates on to get more camber, not less. Tire wear is primarily caused from toe settings, so as long as you keep the toe settings near zero you shouldn't have too much wear on the tires.

True.

The camber bolt on the EVO lets you choose between either -1 or -2 (really like -1.8) degrees of camber.

As GTLocke said, toe is what kills tires, so just make sure that's set to 0. For a strictly street car, -1 degrees camber will be fine. The -2 setting will be more fun though.

A good rule of thumb is that most cars can be lowered about 1.5 inches without complications.
