progressive springs for KWV3's?

so did you change the damper settings after the springs?

also 8mm taller than the main spring + helper spring? or just main spring? ie did u leave the helper in?

I left the dampers at the recommended KW rate, 9 clicks open for rebound, and the bump set at 3/4 turns open.

The Hypercoils were 8 mm taller (main springs - not a big difference, and is fine due to the slightly lower rate). I only replaced the main springs (so they are coupled with the helpers)

cool.

did you reset the damp settings? I find I need todo this quite often otherwise the ride seems to get worse - maybe placebo type thing thou

hrmm so how much did the coils set you back? and what was the part number!

bought the set from GTWORX - shipping to AU would he prohibitive for you though - lol.

Part Number = Hypercoil 7M0550

I didn't reset the damping settings after I installed them, but will set the rebound before taking off to work tomorrow.

BTW, GTWorx released their "mild" or "spicy" spring sets for the the V3's - lol... That's a great naming scheme

So we've got these ready to go. It's gonna be a nice set-up and we can option these mild or spicy set-ups on new KW coilovers. I'll post up a thread in a minute.
