TE37 fittment questions

Short question, im sure it has been answered many times before, I used search but with TE37 you get so many threads that its almost impossible to finde the exact info.

Question is:
Car is a EVO IX with Bilstein Shocks and H&R Springs (-35mm / -10mm)

I would like to know wich work will have to be done to the car to make those wheels fit. Will fender rolling be enough? I dont want to cut or to stretch.
Actually I have 18x9 +30 OZ and they fit without any problem.

Wich would be the next best fittment? Would 18X9 +40 TE37 fit? I know they dont have GTR face but I prefer having a non GTR face and not have to cut or stretch fenders.

I have 18x8.5 +40 and they need a 5mm spacer up front to clear the calipers.

The wheels in the photo you posted look like 19's.
