you'll get your money back, no questins asked. Paypal is excellent in dealing with these things properly, it will just take some time. Good Luck, and that guy is an ***!

latest email from him

My first impulse upon hearing your offer was to tell you to go jump in the lake.instead i am going to clarify your offer and accept it by placing funds back into your account.the only reason being to keep in good standing with paypal. You sent me 550.00. shipping was a little more than 170.00 but i will use 170.00 for ease of math.o k 550.00 minus 170.00 equals 380.00 we have agreed that the rims by themselves are worth at minimum 200.00 and you have agreed they are usable, the curb rash on them was fully disclosed to you befor the purchase.380.00 minus 200.00 equals 180.00 .you have said you believe half of the tires to be usefull.so to sum this up you have 180.00 in the 4 tires and you are asking for half of your money which half of 180.00 is 90.00 .now the problem is that there is only 1 tire with damage that was not disclosed befor the purchase.this would be the one oversight on my part.so 1 tire of the 4 is not usable in your opinion.half of 90.00 is 45.00 .45.00 is what you have invested in each tire.all of these figures are without shipping so as to be clear on the actual monies you spent on the items themselves.my offer is to refund you the full ammount you have invested one tire which is 45.00 This is my only offer and i have made it very elementary so there is no room for confusion. Sincerely,

another email from him

Maybe i wasnt clear enough.i am not buying you any new tires.it was established in my last email what you actually had invested in each tire after you take off for shipping and what the rims are worth.you have 180.00 invested in the 4 tires do the math 1 tire acording to you needs to be replaced. One forth of 180.00 is 45.00 . It was my only offer. As a token of good will i will say ship the wheels and tires back to me in the same condiion they were in when you received them and i will refund your money minus shipping which is 380.00 . Sincerely,

so i replied and got this

I made my offer and the made another offer so as to give you a choice. My suggestion at this point since you have declined both offers is to make a claim with paypal and let them handle it.as for lawyers yo are wasting your time singing that song.i will be in contact with paypal exclusively from now on. That is a nice wa of saying dont contact further on the subject.i will be waiting for a response from them.any further emai from you will be unread and immediately deleted and subsequently not responde to. Sincerely,
