Send them back. That is un-acceptable. :

P.S. They retail for $150 a piece. If you got a good enough deal on them I guess you can call it a loss and pick up a new one.

you got ripped off.. whether he thought it was a problem or not, as a seller, he's obligated to tell you if there's any defects etc... and should have shown accurate pictures.

i love the pics of the sidewall with the word "reinforced," kinda makes you wonder what it's reinforced with. certainly not steel belts. i bet the tire isn't speed rated. That cut on the tire looks suspect too. Possibly defective when you bought it.

People like that suck. And EvoM aught to figure out that if they are not proactive in getting issues like these resolved, they are going to start losing people. Why have the mods not killed this guy's account???

Def. file a claim ASAP and leave this guy some negative feed back on his Personal Sales Rating, so no one else runs into this same problem with him again.

Leave him Negative Feedback for sure.. No matter what so no one else has to deal with this.. and file the claim through paypal.. I would ask for the price of one new tire..

What? Did you even read the thread? Do you know anything at all about tire construction? Speed ratings?
