Fitment on Tenzo's

I have a 03 EVO VIII and am looking into putting on some tires and wheels. I have Tanabe GF 210s on as springs with no other suspension mods. I would like to see the groups opinons on fitment of the following wheels and tires:

Tenzo DC-5 Version 1 : 18x8 with 25mm offset
Tires: BF Goodrich 245/40/18

Will they fit and not rub? Thanks for any opinons or comments.

I am interested in their Type-M, Cuzco or TenSpec. They all look very sexy with the GTR (concave) effect on their websites. However, I also read many posts stating that the ones shown in their pictures are 19" with aggressive offset. So, the ones for Evo (18x8 +25) won't have the GTR effect as much or not at all even. However, i haven't been able to see their wheels in that size with my own eyes. If possible, anyone here has their wheels on their car, can you chime in and provide pictures even better.

However, I did run into a civic si with their Type-M wheels, and those did look very very good and sexy, 100% GTR effect when they are rolling!!

Thanks.
