Wheel liner and 17x9.5 NT03 +38 ??

I have the Enkei 17x9.5 NT03 +38 with 275/40 615s on stock MR suspension. On full lock right or left (more so on right) I rub the inner fender liner. Are there any good solution to solve this issue? (The rims were supposed to fit w/o an issue. I am guessing had I run 255s there would less of a problem.)

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately due to the size of the 275/40's there's no way around it, they're wider (obviously) but also a bit taller than stock and this is where the problem is. A 275/35/17 would be a good fit for the Evo but as far as I know no tire company makes that size. Because of all this 255/40 is the biggest tire you can get on a 17" wheel without modifying your fenders and liners, any bigger and you've got to go to 18's with a 265-275/35.

They modify themselves!

I had the same size and rubbing issues. No biggie because the plastic liners won't hurt the tires. It's the aluminum fender that will cut the tire. I rolled and pulled the hell out of them.

I am just concerned the liner will rip off and cause all sorts of havoc . My fenders are fine (not close to the tire/rim) -- perfect offset!
