alright well i'm almost set on getting the gransport gs5's and just wanted to hear some reviews on the biting power/dust/etc compared to the oem pads on the street and auto-x. not going to be tracking this car so i don't care much for that but definitely daily driving and auto-x

thanks!

High bite, low dust. Not track pads, but work great in an AX.

so worn down pads it is?

I had this problem in a different car. I would get a squeeking noise at low speeds that would go away if I applied the brakes with some force. It turned out that the brake caliper was hanging.

The caliper wouldn't fully release and would rub on the rotor. I had to tap the brake pedal a few times or really slam them to get it to unstick.

my ebrake is week as well. Also I noticed my brakes smelled after driving around on the highways (not too much braking). And it usually takes heavy braking to make that smell happen. How cna i tell if my calipers are haning? Jack it up and spin the tire by hand?

My brake pads squeek really loudly someitmes when im coming to sa stop. People actually look at me cuz its soo loud. There is still pleanty of life on the pads. I think. I will recheck. Lots of brake dust on the pads too. hmm. Whats up with this?
