Update: removed rear axle that was missing 2 teeth and welded in little ***** of metal in their place to simulate teeth, made sure spacing and height were good but the problem is still there, nothing changed. Although I never inspected the front abs rings since when I found the rear one I figured that had to be it, so checking the front ASAP and seeing if maybe that was part of the problem as well. Pulled the abs fuse in the meantime!

Seems to me that only immediate solution is a used axle, or new axle if u have the cheddar.

Also having this problem from hitting a curb and my rear axle ring has some teeth missing. Did you end up fixing this problem?

Grant our head mechanic at Professional Awesome welded in new metal and then filed them into shape. Works perfectly for months now, but then again, we are Professionally Awesome.

I had the same problem, the ring cannot be replaced, you have to replace the axle. Sorry for the news but it was the only way to fix it. Try on evom for used axles but inspect them extremely well or you could get the same problem again.
