SSR Type C RS fitment on Evo IX?

Anybody know if SSR Type C RS 17x8.5 +31mm fits an Evo IX?
Did a search but the name is pretty generalized and most of the posts refer to the 18 inch size.

I run them. You need a smaller spacer to clear the front calipers.

I don't, actually. I think it is like 3mm. I'd have to get some calipers out and measure it. I can do that, but probably not today.

The set of SSRs that I have are pretty old. I think they are from 2003 or 2004. I heard that SSR slightly changed the spoke design and that spacer may not be necessary any more. For my set they are absolutely necessary because it contacts the brake calipers without. I have the scratches to prove it. Neal@tirerack might have more info.

The older first gen SSR's required a 3mm spacer, but the more mass produced later versions do not. They haven't made the spacer versions for quite some time.

Those are 350Z/G35 fitment, only 1mm diff in offset. Can't imagine that would be an issue but can't say for 100%. Not a listed EVO fitment.
