ccw LM20'S RIMS
hey guys ive been looking for a new set of rims, so i came across some ccw LM20'S..very nice. anywhoo i just talked to a saleman there and he said i could go as wide a 9.5 on a 17 inch rim with spacers. thats without having wider fenders in the front and rear and will clear the brake calipers. does anyone know if this is correct?

Theres a guy that posted some pics of his car with ccws, 18x10 +32 front and rear and I dont believe he was running spacers, I would have to go back and find that thread to know for sure though. It was a black evo 9 in what looked like the ccw warehouse with polished ccws.
Found the thread...
CCW LM20
18x10 +32mm (2.5" Front Lip, 3" Rear Lip)
245/40R18 Kumho Ecsta XS
BC Racing coilovers
Fenders rolled

That person is not running spacers.
CCW offers different pad sizes, that's why he can run +32 all around without spacers. If he was running spacers, the dish would be the same and the offsets would be different.

Pad thicknesses are different. You can make a 18x10 with say a 1" pad and use a 7.5 inner and a 2.5 outter (lip) and have a +32 offset. Due to the rear not needing as much caliper clearance you can use a shorter pad moving the center of the wheel closer to the caliper. Say you move the center in a .5" by using a .5" pad you can then us a 7" inner and a 3" outter (lip) and still be at a +32 offset. The setups not running spacers at all! Two different pad thicknesses; only downside is you can't rotate them.
