Mysterious Wheel Size

Does anyone know the wheel and tire size of this evo, I love the look of them and are pretty rare, I would love to know the setup. Thanks

they are 18x10 I know that for a fact

fitment is staggered and I believe the rears are +15 or so

they are work wheels

They are so sick I want them...
Iam looking for something gloss black like that
with the chrome lip I really like the volks but really hard to find.
