245/40/18 should work fine on those wheels, the two offsets in 18x8 that are closest to fitting are the +25 and +37. With the 37 you may have trouble clearing the front brake calipers without using a spacer depending on the shape of the spokes, there's even a slight chance that the 25 won't even clear. The 25 might require rolling of the rear fender depending on your ride height but since the wheel is only 8" wide it would probably work.
I would say that the best fitment for those wheels would be a staggered setup with the +25 in the front and the +37 in the rear however this becomes a pain when it's time to rotate tires. I'd say your best bet is probably the +25 especially if you're still at stock ride height.

I have a set of Tenzo DC-5 on my car for summer. So far im very happy with them and they were hard to pass on for the price. I can't remember the offset off hand, pretty sure they are +25 but i will check.
Here is a link to a guy selling some DC-6 +25 18x8 on evom and a picture of a car with the same rim on it.

Thanks, Rosey. I did read your post a couple times already. I just want to see more from the others. Now, tell me if Tenzo are junk like all others say they are?? I know you are happy, but what's your overall impression for Tenzo quality? BTW, they do look good and sexy, perfect wheels for streets and eyes - IMO!

I just called Tenzo, and the guy told me they are between 19 to 20 lb. Now, the thing I just found out is that, they seem to use different MOLD for different size/offset. The picture they post is 19x8.5 +45, and their 18x8 +25 might not have that "concave" look as their 19" does. And that's the negative thing I've read about for the Tenzo products. That's why I really need to see one of their 18x8 +25 in person! That guy said he has sold many for the Evo, but I still haven't been able to look up one single pic of those wheels on an Evo I might put my wheel project on hold again Save me some $$$ hehehe...
Rosey, how about yours? Do you think your tenzo look different (not as concave) than their picture online??

A little update to my own thread: according to this site http://www.deeauto.com/www/board/index.php?topic=1958.0 (BTW, who can tell what language it is in that link ) Their Tenspec is at 18x8 + 45, and we can still see the "GTR" effect on them. So, I won't think the +25 would look different, except better, than this, since the +25 should have more "concave" effect than the +45 would, right?
So, there are just ZERO ppl out there running these wheels o their Evo, huh?? Well, in that case, I won't mind being the first one to give them a try
