am i going to have issues running that setup? i blew a front right tire and cant buy new tires for a bit. I found some used pirelli's to put on front but they are 235 and my currents are 245. let me know, im going to put these on at lunch.

235 is the width... 45 the height which = a % of the tire's width. The numbers work together to provide the overall diameter.
The 235's are 25.3" and the 245's 25.7" which can be enough to cause issues. The minimal performance/visual difference between them isn't worth the potential mechanical issues.

This is pretty handy in a situation like this....keep the heights about the same.
